What do we provide?
Contracted and per-use serves, including, but not limited to; copywriting; design; goal setting; individual client booking and pitching; grant writing; database management; contact management; gallery, show and festival booking and pitching; communication; job research; grant research and staffing
Price Sheet (Non-contracted clients)
Bio: for artists, groups, producers, executives
Cost: Starting at $350 for solo; $500 for group
Media Training: tutorial on best practices when dealing with the press, centered on client’s general strategy or specific event.
Cost: $80/hour, billed in 30 minute increments after first hour
Marketing Consultation: step-by-step planning and structuring of buzz or new media strategy to best achieve clients’ goals. (Includes written strategy and access to vital resources)
Cost: $100/hour, billed in 30 minute increments after first hour
Artist/Project Introduction Blast: Once your bio has been written or re-written, a special promotional email blast will be sent to a dedicated list of members of the press and DJs and members of the entertainment industry. Clients must be approved for this service, which presents you to the media/music community as an artist to watch. If a new bio client is approved for this service, blast comes at no additional cost.
Cost: $250 with rewritten bio. This service is also offered with a one month monitoring service.
Press Kit Assembly: Includes bio(s), press release, cover letter, and fact sheet. Cost covers Social Media set up on the most prominent social networking sites and tutorial on best use of those sites. Client responsible for assets (music, photos, etc.)
Cost: starting at $750
Social Media Set-up: Set up on the most prominent and relevant social media networks, based on client’s goals. (Includes one hour of media coaching and tutorial on how best to use each site)
Cost: starting at $350
Media Training Seminar: A six-session virtual seminar, conducted via conference call, during which a group of no more than 10 clients will be instructed on the best way to utilize the media, social networking and new media to maximize their career/project’s exposure. Client will receive a full curriculum at the start of the seminar. Each session will be taught by one mediator and two established members of the press. Clients will also have access to audio recordings of each session. Upon completion of seminar, client will receive one hour of media training, completed bio, and, if approved, an introduction blast.
Cost: $500 per participant. Group discount applies, so long as bio and media training will be shared
